HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Wait for our reply via email with postage charges and total amount due.

STEP 3:

Make payment within 3 days to complete the ordering process

Once payment is made, please provide us with the following details:

We will send you a confirmation email to advice on your estimated shipping schedule.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-order means that we only place the order of the item from our factory when we receive your order. As such, the item will take several days to arrive. A rough is between 5-14 days. Should the item ordered be out-of-stock, a full refund will be given to you.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payment method is via Direct Bank Transfers.

Once payment has been made,please send us the reference number, date and time of the transaction.Or better still, email us the transaction slip via email.

Payment must be received within 3 days after date of order.Otherwise, orders will automatically be cancelled. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will always be sent via email upon receiving your email order. However, even technology can fail us sometimes, so if you don't hear from us within 3 working days, pls do send us another email.

Once we have received payment, we will update you on your order delivery status.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We only use POSLAJU.

Shipping charges are not included in the price of our items. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item purchased.
